In 2005, two frustrated job seekers, with no prior recruitment experience, set out to revolutionize the outdated recruitment agency model that they had encountered. Disenchanted by the traditional methods, characterized by conflicting interests and hefty commission fees, founders Anna and Jamie envisioned a better way.

Your Opportunity to Shine:

We are searching for a proactive, sharp, and highly efficient Service Delivery Partner to ensure our customers’ hiring projects are wildly successful. From onboarding new clients to preparing job content and delivering ardent service through project completion, you’ll become a vital part of our clients’ journeys.

Positioned at the heart of our operations, you’ll bridge the gap between customers and our exceptional sourcing and candidate experience teams. As a proactive thinker and doer, you’ll stay ahead of the game, anticipating challenges and uncovering opportunities, with the skills necessary to analyze, transform, influence, and connect with all stakeholders.

Your expertise will empower you to advise clients—from HR Assistants to CEOs—on role positioning and process optimization to ensure they hire swiftly and effectively.

In this role, you’ll also be involved in CV filtering, as that’s a considerable part of the process.
