    This role requires a strategic leader capable of coaching, advising, and motivating a group of dedicated sales representatives, all while ensuring they achieve peak performance in a competitive market.

    Occasional travel may be necessary for team meetings, client interactions, and industry events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Bring a minimum of 2 years of sales management experience alongside a solid background in sales.
    • Drive company goals through strategic planning, goal setting, performance analysis, and forecasting future sales outcomes.
    • Enhance your own leadership and coaching skills while guiding the sales team to adopt effective sales strategies that meet revenue objectives.
    • Generate leads and cultivate strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Recruit, set objectives for, train, and coach Sales Representatives, while monitoring their performance to ensure clarity in task execution.
    • Lead the sales team, maintaining alignment with company goals by conducting regular check-ins to set expectations, coach, and review progress.
    • Demonstrate expertise in establishing and maintaining sales targets, employing forecasting techniques to create monthly and annual sales goals.

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in sales management and prior sales experience.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Strong leadership capabilities.
    • This is a Remote Opportunity available to candidates located in Colorado, Minnesota, Missouri, and Utah, who can quickly grasp the intricacies of the title and closing business.
    • Proficient in sales, business development, and relationship-building techniques.
    • Solid technological skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new internal systems swiftly.
    • Strong ability to engage with team members and clients in both virtual and in-person settings.
    • Previous experience in title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales is preferred.
