    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a key representative and advocate for the Stine Seed Corn brand within your designated area.
    • Gain and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise on Stine Seed Corn products and services applicable to your territory.
    • Establish and manage Stine Corn data plots throughout your designated region.
    • Grow your portfolio by managing existing direct accounts and identifying new business opportunities to boost sales.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Corn Division Director of Sales to ensure exceptional support and product knowledge is delivered within your area.
    • Nurture and strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A minimum of three years of relevant agricultural experience, preferably in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
    • Proficient in proven sales techniques and possessing excellent negotiation skills, along with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
    • Success in developing and retaining direct accounts must be demonstrated.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently while achieving clearly defined objectives.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who excel at fostering strong relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and delivering results.
