We are seeking talented Resiliency Consultants at various levels to join our client’s team, a prominent leader in their industry. These opportunities are available with the UK branch and offer the flexibility of remote work, occasional travel for client meetings may be required. Candidates must be based in the UK and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities

1. Oversee data backup services, ensuring our clients have immediate access to their critical data when it’s needed the most. You will evaluate backup environments to identify challenges and transform them into positive enhancements, ensuring that customer data is secure, recoverable, and upheld through crucial business continuity services. Regularly monitor and refine clients’ data protection setups for optimum performance.
2. Utilize automation tools and analytics to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, revealing root causes while providing robust incident recovery services.
3. Take a proactive role in the rollout of new services and adaptations, guiding the change management process while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and professional standards.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

1. At least 6 years of experience in delivering and supporting Security & Incident Recovery solutions
2. Proven experience in managing hardware, software, network firewalls, and encryption protocols
3. Familiarity with NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains
4. In-depth knowledge of Resilience and Recovery Tools, such as Veritas, Dell, and Rubrik
5. Experience engaging with Hyperscalers, including AWS, Azure, or GCP

Desirable Skills and Educational Background

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or closely related fields
2. Possession of one or more security certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or CCSK
