The Opportunity
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS Remote
In the role of Sales Development Representative at Introhive, you will be integral to our growth strategy by identifying and connecting with prospective clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and events. Your objective will be to demonstrate how our solutions effectively address their challenges. This position emphasizes quality engagement, where you will manage a targeted account list to facilitate personalized outreach, generate leads, and foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage new leads across diverse channels.
- Build Relationships: Develop connections with key decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and active lead pipeline.
- Collaborate: Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance your outreach strategy.
- Hit Targets: Achieve lead generation KPIs consistently.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to refine your messaging.
Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sales tools (such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce).
- Adept at navigating a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Self-starter with a goal-driven approach.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline.
- Knowledge of Professional Services (ProServ) is a plus.
