Your designated territory encompasses the counties of Kingsbury, Beadle, Miner, Sanborn, and Jerauld.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Become the leading ambassador of the Stine brand within your territory.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of our agronomic and technical offerings related to the Stine seed portfolio.
    • Proactively manage current accounts while strategically recruiting new ones to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure exceptional sales support tailored to your territory.
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective customers, utilizing personal engagement and designated sellers.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • Minimum of three years of agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    • Proven expertise in effective sales techniques, negotiation, and overcoming challenges.
    • Track record of success in dealer development and retention is highly desirable.
    • Strong initiative and the capability to work independently toward achieving set goals.
    • Candidates with a knack for building and maintaining robust relationships with growers, while understanding their unique needs and values, will be given preference.
