Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Cultivate and maintain an extensive understanding of Stine seed products and services relevant to your area.
- Manage existing customer accounts while actively seeking new opportunities to boost sales.
- Communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers, either directly or through an assigned seller.
Core Competencies/Qualifications/Experience:
- A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, including roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven expertise in sales techniques, with a strong ability to negotiate and navigate obstacles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and retaining dealer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative and the capability to work independently toward established goals.
- Preference will be granted to candidates who excel in building and maintaining solid relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and values, ensuring success for all parties involved.
