    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated area.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine’s seed products and services, tailored to your territory’s specific needs.
    • Sustain relationships with existing accounts while actively prospecting for new opportunities to drive sales growth.
    • Communicate and enforce Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support throughout your territory.
    • Foster and nurture relationships with current and potential clients, either personally or through a designated representative.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven track record in effective sales techniques, outstanding negotiation skills, and the capability to navigate challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and retaining dealer relationships.
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while achieving set goals.
    • Preference will be given to individuals who excel at building and maintaining strong connections with growers, understanding their needs, and driving desired outcomes.
