Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative and advocate for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Acquire and maintain extensive agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed offerings relevant to your area.
- Manage current accounts while actively seeking new opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and enforce Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both existing customers and potential clients through direct interaction or designated sellers.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including expertise in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven sales techniques, with strong negotiation abilities and resilience to overcome challenges.
- Experience in dealer recruitment and retention is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive with minimal supervision and are driven to achieve set objectives.
- Preferred candidates will have a demonstrated capability to forge and sustain robust relationships with growers by understanding their needs and delivering impressive results.
