Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine Seed Corn brand in your designated area.
- Cultivate and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Stine Seed Corn products and services relevant to your territory.
- Oversee the development and management of Stine Corn data plots across your region.
- Engage with existing accounts while actively recruiting new ones to boost sales figures.
- Execute and communicate Stine’s sales strategies and policies within your territory to achieve district sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Corn Division Director of Sales to deliver outstanding sales support and product expertise.
- Build and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers to enhance loyalty.
Desired Qualifications and Competencies:
- A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques, alongside excellent negotiation skills and the ability to tackle challenges.
- A successful track record in direct account development and maintaining customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently towards achieving set goals.
- Preference will be given to individuals who can demonstrate their ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and values.
