    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Cultivate and maintain deep agronomic and technical expertise regarding Stine’s seed offerings relevant to your area.
    • Oversee existing accounts while actively seeking new clients to boost sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies within your territory to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your designated region.
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers, either in person or by coordinating with a designated seller.

    Ideal Competencies, Qualifications, and Experience:

    • A minimum of three years of agriculture experience, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
    • Proven sales techniques and strong negotiation skills with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities.
    • A successful track record in dealer development and retention.
    • Self-starter attitude with an ability to work independently to achieve set objectives.
    • Preference for candidates with a proven ability to build and sustain robust relationships with growers by understanding their values and needs to drive results.
