    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand in your designated area.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine seed products and services relevant to your territory.
    • Sustain existing client relationships while actively seeking new accounts to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to fulfill district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure robust sales support within your territory.
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with both current and potential customers, whether directly or through designated sellers.

    Essential Qualifications and Experience:

    • A minimum of three years in the agricultural sector, with experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven sales techniques, outstanding negotiation skills, and a talent for overcoming challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining dealer relationships.
    • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while achieving set goals.
    • Preference for candidates with a proven track record of building strong relationships with growers by comprehending their needs and aspirations.
