Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the frontline representative assisting customers with their online shopping inquiries and retail support. Blending service with sales, your mission is to guide customers through their purchasing journey, answer product-related questions, resolve issues, and suggest additional solutions that enhance their overall experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling 30-40 inbound calls each day with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Offering personalized product recommendations and facilitating transactions
• Efficiently resolving customer inquiries while ensuring outstanding service
• Simplifying technical information into customer-friendly language
• Actively listening to uncover customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
• Thriving in a fast-paced sales environment while adapting to new technology offerings
• Bringing energy and empathy to each interaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking proactive individuals who have a strong passion for technology, a customer-first mentality, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales or service role
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with emotional intelligence
• Capacity to work independently, making confident decisions
• Proficiency in digital devices (Mac, iOS, etc.)
• Basic troubleshooting skills for common tech problems
• A typing speed of at least 42 WPM with over 95% accuracy
• Experience with digital media (music, photography, video) is a bonus
• Comfort working in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Central Time
