Your Role:
- Act as the leading representative of the Stine brand in your designated territory.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Stine’s seed products and agronomic services relevant to your area.
- Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new clients to boost overall sales.
- Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with customers and potential clients, either personally or through established sellers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Three or more years of agricultural experience, preferably in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies along with strong negotiation skills to navigate challenges.
- Track record of successful dealer development and retention.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently to achieve set goals.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with growers, understanding their needs and values to drive results.
