    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your assigned territory, embodying our values and mission.
    • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of Stine’s seed products and agronomic services, ensuring you can provide valuable insights to clients.
    • Maintain and expand your portfolio by managing current accounts while actively seeking out new opportunities to boost sales.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your region.
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, engaging them personally or through designated sales representatives.

    Candidate Profile:

    • A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, ideally with background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to convey information clearly and effectively.
    • Proven track record in employing successful sales techniques, negotiating, and overcoming challenges.
    • Experience in dealer development and retention, showcasing a knack for building long-term partnerships.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while achieving defined goals.
    • Preference will be given to individuals who have a demonstrated ability to connect with growers, understanding their unique needs and values to drive successful outcomes.
