Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand in your designated territory.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine seed products and relevant services to effectively address the needs of your territory.
- Nurture existing accounts while actively seeking new opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support within your territory.
- Foster strong relationships with current and potential customers, both directly and through designated sellers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and overcoming challenges.
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong dealer relationships.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and meet defined goals.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with growers, understanding their unique needs and achieving successful outcomes.
