    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the foremost ambassador of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of Stine seed products and services relevant to your area.
    • Manage existing client relationships while actively recruiting new accounts to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve sales targets within your district.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to offer exceptional sales support in your territory.
    • Foster and enhance relationships with current and prospective customers, whether personally or through appointed sellers.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A minimum of three years’ experience in agriculture, including exposure to agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies, coupled with excellent negotiation skills and the capacity to navigate challenges.
    • A track record of successful dealer development and retention.
    • Demonstrated initiative and capability to work independently to achieve set objectives.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with growers, understanding their needs to deliver desired outcomes.
