    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Build expertise in Stine seed products and agronomic services relevant to your area.
    • Manage relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new opportunities to boost sales.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your territory.
    • Foster and enhance relationships with current and prospective customers, whether directly or through designated representatives.

    Ideal Candidates Will Have:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
    • Proven expertise in effective sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of overcoming challenges.
    • Experience in dealer development and retention is highly valued.
    • A self-starter approach, with the ability to work autonomously to achieve defined goals.
    • Preference will be given to those who excel in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and aspirations, delivering outstanding results.
