Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Build expertise in Stine seed products and agronomic services relevant to your area.
- Manage relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new opportunities to boost sales.
- Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your territory.
- Foster and enhance relationships with current and prospective customers, whether directly or through designated representatives.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven expertise in effective sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of overcoming challenges.
- Experience in dealer development and retention is highly valued.
- A self-starter approach, with the ability to work autonomously to achieve defined goals.
- Preference will be given to those who excel in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and aspirations, delivering outstanding results.
