    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine’s versatile seed products and services relevant to your area.
    • Manage existing accounts while actively seeking out new clients to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support throughout your territory.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both current and potential customers, whether directly or through your sales team.

    Desired Competencies and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of three years in the agricultural sector, with experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales highly advantageous.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
    • Proven expertise in sales techniques, with exceptional negotiation abilities and a knack for overcoming challenges.
    • Established success in dealer development and retention, with a track record of strong relationship-building.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet set objectives.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a capability to forge strong, trust-based relationships with growers by truly understanding their needs and delivering results.
