    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary face of the Stine brand within your designated region.
    • Cultivate and maintain extensive agronomic and technical expertise regarding Stine’s seed products and services relevant to your territory.
    • Oversee current account management while actively seeking new accounts to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and enforce Stine’s sales policies and programs in alignment with the district’s sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure exceptional sales support within your area.
    • Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers, both directly and through assigned team members.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that facilitate clear interactions.
    • Proven track record in employing effective sales strategies, along with negotiation skills to navigate challenges.
    • Experience in dealer development and retention is highly valued.
    • A proactive attitude, capable of working independently to meet set goals.
    • Candidates who can establish and nurture strong relationships with growers, fully understanding their needs and aspirations, will be given preference.
