    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand in your designated territory.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine’s seed products and services relevant to your area.
    • Manage current accounts while actively seeking out new clients to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives within your territory to achieve district sales goals.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to offer top-notch sales support in your region.
    • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers through personal interactions or designated representatives.

    Essential Qualifications and Competencies:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, with a strong background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven track record in effective sales techniques, along with strong negotiation skills and the capacity to overcome challenges.
    • Successful history in dealer development and retention.
    • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve set objectives.
    • Preference will be given to those with a strong capability to develop and maintain fruitful relationships with growers by understanding their specific needs and values.
