    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of Stine’s seed products and services relevant to your area.
    • Manage existing customer accounts while actively seeking to recruit new clients to boost sales.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide exceptional sales support within your territory.
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers, either directly or through designated sellers.

    Desired Qualifications and Experience:

    • Candidates should ideally possess three or more years of experience in agriculture, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques, along with proficient negotiating skills to navigate challenges, is required.
    • Successful experience in dealer development and retention is highly valued.
    • Candidates should exhibit initiative and the capability to work independently to achieve set objectives.
    • Preference will be given to individuals who excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with growers by comprehensively understanding their needs and delivering desired outcomes.
