Compensation: £23,000 base salary plus an average bonus of £700+ per month
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday – No weekends! Earliest start at 9:30 AM and latest at 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:

• Initiating outbound calls to potential customers
• Establishing rapport and conducting fact-finding
• Handling warm calls with a focus on upselling products
• Re-engaging lapsed customers
• Contacting current clients upon contract expiration
• Meeting sales targets

Essential Skills for the Sales Advisor:

• At least 12 months of sales or call center experience
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication abilities
• A professional demeanor with self-confidence
• Proficient in remote working environments
