      Role Overview

      In the role of Delegate Sales Manager, you will engage directly with high-level executives from various sectors, guiding them through our meticulously structured event formats. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, leveraging your communication skills across telephone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to connect with the right decision-makers and build lasting relationships.

      Your key responsibilities will include:

      • Achieving or surpassing sales targets that align with the departmental and overall business objectives
      • Employing a consultative sales strategy to cultivate relationships with prospective delegates through telephone communications while promoting targeted campaigns
      • Conducting comprehensive research to understand the various industries our conferences cater to, allowing you to address queries from prospects and effectively convey the benefits and themes of our conferences
      • Proactively identifying potential prospects and business opportunities
      • Maintaining an updated sales database, including detailed records of sales calls for tracking and relationship management
      • Organizing follow-up call schedules
      • Creating a weekly market feedback report to inform continuous enhancements of our conferences
      • Ensuring accurate updates of delegate registrations in the CRM system
      • Taking full ownership of your campaign initiatives

      Ideal Candidate Profile

      The preferred Delegate Sales Manager will possess the following qualifications:

      • A proven history in B2B Event Delegate Sales
      • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
      • Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the capability to ask insightful questions
      • Detail-oriented and decisive, with strong multitasking abilities
      • Comfortable working autonomously with a high degree of discretion
      • Experience in managing customer data accurately within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

      What We Offer

      Completely remote work environment

      £30,000 – £42,000 annually plus uncapped commission opportunities

      Working hours aligned with US time zone (12pm – 8pm)
