In this exciting position, your primary responsibility will be attracting new advertisers by reaching out to business owners, educating them about the platform, showcasing the benefits of advertising, and assisting them in launching their inaugural campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek, pitch, and onboard new SMB advertisers.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to inform businesses about how our digital advertising solutions can enhance their visibility, engagement, and growth.
- Previous experience or familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is advantageous, along with strong prospecting abilities and a comfort level with high-volume outreach.

- Competitive compensation including a base pay of $24 CAD/hour plus commission.

Performance Expectations:
- Activate at least 20 new business advertisers each month.
- Generate an average spend of $1,000+ per new advertiser.
- Maintain precise pipeline tracking and uphold CRM protocols.
- Contribute actively to team revenue objectives and support advertiser graduation readiness.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required for applicants.
- Candidates must not have any active contracts with other gigs while employed at JumpCrew X.
- Willingness to undergo an extensive background check (including Criminal, Credit, and Employment Verification) is a must.
- This role is focused on outbound sales; candidates should be adept at consultative selling and comfortable in sourcing new leads as well as engaging existing ones.
