    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand in your designated territory.
    • Cultivate and uphold extensive agronomic expertise about Stine seed products and services relevant to your region.
    • Oversee current dealer accounts while actively recruiting new dealerships to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your territory.
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers, either directly or through designated sellers.

    Competencies/Qualifications/Experience:

    • A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, ideally in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Proven track record in employing effective sales techniques, along with outstanding negotiation capabilities and the ability to navigate challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention is crucial.
    • Proactive initiative and the capacity to work independently to achieve set goals are required.
    • Preference will be given to applicants who excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with growers by identifying their needs and values.
