This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in India. As a Sales Specialist at F6S, your mission will be to guide others in adopting and leveraging the F6S platform effectively. You will engage with both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring new users receive ongoing assistance and support. Key performance metrics for this position include increasing close rates, enhancing user retention, and facilitating the success of our users on the F6S platform. You’ll collaborate with customers worldwide, providing them with impactful support. On a typical day as a Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

    • Handling inbound leads from prospective F6S users, scheduling calls, and assisting them in navigating our platform
    • Contributing to the lead generation process to attract and secure new F6S users
    • Onboarding new users and ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform
    • Proactively engaging with both new and existing users to promote retention and renewals
    • Developing deep expertise in all aspects of F6S to serve users effectively
    • Guiding your accounts through new features and product offerings
    • Collaborating with your team to provide consistent and outstanding service

    Desired qualifications for candidates include:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Specialist, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales
    • Demonstrated track record of successful closures and delivering exceptional service
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging via phone and email
    • Proactive problem-solving abilities
    • Fluency in English
    • Extensive experience with CRM systems to manage workflow effectively
    • Highly organized and focused on achieving results, with a metrics-driven mindset
    • A strong individual contributor who works well within a collaborative team environment
