We are on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in propelling our sales growth. If you have a robust history of managing sales teams and a passion for selling multi-product platforms—including EHR software and RCM services—particularly within the chiropractic, physical therapy, and mental health fields, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and refine a comprehensive sales strategy for our software platform, focusing on a Land-and-Expand Go-to-Market approach that promotes a suite of software products and service offerings.
- Oversee the development of a highly lucrative sales pipeline, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate seamlessly with customer support, finance, and product development teams to guarantee smooth onboarding processes, accurate invoicing, and alignment with our product lineup.
- Recruit and build a high-performing Sales Team, encompassing the hiring of Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives, along with conducting regular performance evaluations and providing ongoing training.
- Utilize SalesForce and Hubspot to manage data-driven sales processes, track individual team member performance, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective forecasting and budgeting.
- Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor behaviors to fine-tune sales tactics, identify new market potential, and bolster our presence in the HealthTech landscape.
- Represent ClinicMind at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to elevate the visibility of our platform.
- Remain informed about healthcare regulations to ensure all sales initiatives adhere to industry standards and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing software platform sales, ideally within healthcare and SaaS sectors.
- Proficient in navigating SalesForce and Hubspot (or High Level).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving overall revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and inspiring high-achieving sales teams.
- Profound knowledge of the HealthTech sector, especially regarding medical practices and clinics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, recognize trends, and make informed decisions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
MUST HAVE:
- A high level of comfort working in the Eastern Time Zone or US Shift.
- Reliable home internet access with a minimum of 25 Mbps.
- Access to a mobile hotspot.
- A laptop or desktop with at least 16 GB of RAM.
