    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the chief representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Acquire and sustain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise regarding Stine seed products and services relevant to your territory.
    • Foster relationships with current accounts while actively pursuing new customers to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales assistance throughout your assigned region.
    • Nurture and strengthen connections with existing and prospective customers, whether face-to-face or through a designated seller.

    Qualifications and Experience You Should Have:

    • A minimum of three years in agriculture-related fields, with relevant experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • A track record of applying effective sales techniques, strong negotiation abilities, and a knack for tackling challenges.
    • Proven experience in dealer development and maintaining client relationships.
    • A proactive approach and the capacity to operate independently while achieving set objectives.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and delivering results.
