Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand in your designated territory.
- Gain and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise related to Stine’s seed products and services for your area.
- Oversee current dealer accounts while actively recruiting new dealerships to drive sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales strategies and policies to fulfill district sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure top-tier sales support in your territory.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, whether directly or via a designated seller.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, encompassing roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- A strong understanding of effective sales techniques paired with excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in nurturing dealer development and retention.
- Self-starter mentality with the capability to work independently towards established objectives.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a track record of cultivating strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and delivering results.
