Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Acquire and retain in-depth agronomic and technical knowledge of our seed products and services relevant to your area.
- Cultivate existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and policies effectively to achieve district sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver excellent sales support within your region.
- Build and nurture relationships with both current and prospective customers, either directly or through designated sellers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A background in agriculture with at least three years of experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven expertise in sales techniques coupled with exceptional negotiation abilities to navigate challenges effectively.
- A track record of success in dealer development and retention is highly valued.
- Demonstrated initiative and capability to work independently to achieve set objectives.
- Preference will be given to candidates who excel in building and maintaining trusting relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and delivering results.
