Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main representative of the Stine brand within your designated area.
- Acquire in-depth agronomic and technical expertise on Stine seed products and services relevant to your territory.
- Cultivate existing accounts while actively seeking new clients to boost sales.
- Communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies effectively within your region, working towards district sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to offer superior sales support in your area.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with customers and potential clients, either personally or by coordinating with a designated seller.
Essential Competencies and Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years in agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Proven sales techniques with exceptional negotiation abilities, along with a knack for overcoming challenges.
- Experience in developing and retaining dealer relationships is preferred.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to function independently to achieve set objectives.
- Preference will be given to candidates who excel in building and nurturing solid relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and values.
