Your Role:
- Act as the face of the Stine brand, representing us in your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services relevant to your area.
- Manage existing client accounts while actively seeking out new ones to drive sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve the district’s sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide exceptional sales support within your territory.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers, either through direct interactions or assigned sellers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven sales expertise, including strong negotiation skills and the capability to address challenges effectively.
- Documented success in dealer development and retention initiatives.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals while working independently.
- Preferred candidates will have a demonstrated history of building and maintaining solid relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and delivering results.
