    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the leading representative of the Stine brand within your designated area.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise regarding Stine’s seed products and services relevant to the region.
    • Oversee current dealership accounts and actively seek new partnerships to drive sales growth.
    • Implement and communicate Stine’s sales initiatives and policies within your territory to hit district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your area.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both current and potential customers, whether through personal outreach or by collaborating with a designated sales representative.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum of three years of agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
    • Proven understanding of effective sales techniques, complemented by strong negotiation skills and a knack for overcoming challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining dealer relationships.
    • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and meet established objectives.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have a track record of forging robust connections with growers by understanding their requirements and aspirations, leading to successful outcomes.
