Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Gain and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise regarding Stine seed products and services relevant to your area.
- Manage current accounts while actively seeking new opportunities to boost sales.
- Communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and policies effectively to achieve the district’s sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support within your territory.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers and potential clients, either directly or through appointed sellers.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least three years of experience in agriculture, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven proficiency in sales techniques along with strong negotiation skills and a knack for overcoming challenges.
- Demonstrated success in developing and retaining dealer relationships.
- A proactive approach with the capacity to work autonomously towards set targets.
- Preference for candidates who excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and achieving desired outcomes.
