    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory, embodying our values and commitment to quality.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise regarding Stine’s seed products and services relevant to your area.
    • Develop relationships with existing accounts and actively pursue new clients to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure exceptional sales support within your territory.
    • Strengthen and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers, either directly or through a designated seller.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • A proven track record in sales techniques, coupled with strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining dealer relationships.
    • Self-motivated individuals who thrive with minimal supervision and can meet established goals.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who excel in building and sustaining strong relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and values to achieve mutual success.
