Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine Seed Corn brand in your designated territory.
- Acquire and maintain deep agronomic and technical expertise on Stine Seed Corn products and services relevant to your area.
- Develop and oversee Stine Corn data plots throughout your territory to demonstrate product effectiveness.
- Cultivate relationships with existing direct accounts while actively working to recruit new clients to boost sales.
- Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Corn Division Director of Sales to deliver exceptional sales support and product knowledge.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and prospects, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in agriculture, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interactions.
- Proven sales techniques and robust negotiation skills, with a talent for overcoming challenges.
- A track record in developing and retaining direct accounts successfully.
- Self-starter mentality with the capability to work independently and meet established goals.
- Preference will be given to those who excel in building and maintaining relationships with growers by understanding and addressing their needs.
