    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the foremost ambassador of the Stine brand in your assigned area.
    • Acquire in-depth agronomic and technical expertise on Stine seed offerings to effectively cater to your territory.
    • Nurture existing relationships and actively seek out new accounts to drive sales growth.
    • Communicate and implement Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve the sales objectives for your district.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support within your territory.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both customers and prospective clients, either directly or through designated sellers.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and a knack for overcoming challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and retaining dealer relationships.
    • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently to achieve set targets.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have a track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with growers by understanding their unique needs and values, ultimately reaching desired outcomes.
