    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the leading representative of the Stine Seed Corn brand in your designated territory.
    • Acquire a deep agronomic and technical understanding of Stine Seed Corn products and services relevant to your area.
    • Establish and oversee Stine Corn data plots across your territory.
    • Manage existing customer accounts and actively seek out new opportunities to boost sales.
    • Implement and communicate Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Corn Division Director of Sales to deliver exceptional sales support and product expertise.
    • Foster and grow relationships with current and prospective customers.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques paired with strong negotiating skills and a knack for overcoming challenges.
    • A history of successful direct account development and retention.
    • Self-starter attitude with the capacity to work independently while achieving established objectives.
    • Preference for candidates who excel at building and maintaining robust relationships with growers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.
