Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the leading representative of the Stine Seed Corn brand in your designated territory.
- Acquire a deep agronomic and technical understanding of Stine Seed Corn products and services relevant to your area.
- Establish and oversee Stine Corn data plots across your territory.
- Manage existing customer accounts and actively seek out new opportunities to boost sales.
- Implement and communicate Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Corn Division Director of Sales to deliver exceptional sales support and product expertise.
- Foster and grow relationships with current and prospective customers.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques paired with strong negotiating skills and a knack for overcoming challenges.
- A history of successful direct account development and retention.
- Self-starter attitude with the capacity to work independently while achieving established objectives.
- Preference for candidates who excel at building and maintaining robust relationships with growers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional results.
