    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative for the Stine Seed Corn brand in your designated territory.
    • Gain and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine Seed Corn products and services relevant to your area.
    • Oversee the development and management of Stine Corn data plots across your territory.
    • Grow existing direct accounts while seeking out and onboarding new customers to boost sales figures.
    • Effectively communicate and execute Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Corn Division Director of Sales to deliver exceptional sales support and product insight in your territory.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

    Competencies / Qualifications / Experience:

    • A minimum of three years in the agricultural sector, with experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales preferred.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven sales techniques, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of overcoming challenges.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and retaining direct accounts.
    • Self-motivated individual who effectively works with minimal supervision to achieve set objectives.
    • Preference for candidates who exhibit the ability to foster strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values to drive results.
