    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the enthusiastic representative of the Stine Seed Corn brand in your designated area.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical proficiency regarding Stine Seed Corn offerings relevant to your territory.
    • Establish and oversee Stine Corn demonstration plots throughout your assigned region.
    • Cultivate and nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking new accounts to boost sales.
    • Promote and implement Stine’s sales initiatives and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Corn Division Director of Sales to ensure high-quality sales support and product knowledge in your territory.
    • Foster and strengthen connections with current and prospective customers.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, with a focus on agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven knowledge of effective sales techniques, along with strong negotiation skills and the ability to address challenges.
    • Demonstrated track record in developing and retaining direct accounts.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet set objectives.
    • Preference for candidates with a history of building and maintaining robust relationships with growers by recognizing their unique needs and driving results.
