Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary advocate for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of Stine’s seed products and services relevant to the area.
- Manage existing dealer accounts while actively recruiting new dealerships to boost sales efforts.
- Effectively communicate and enforce Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure outstanding sales support in your territory.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers and potential clients, either directly or through designated representatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, with a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales techniques, excellent negotiation abilities, and the capability to navigate challenges.
- Demonstrated success in developing and retaining dealerships.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently and achieve set goals.
- Preference for candidates who excel in creating and maintaining strong relationships with growers by genuinely understanding their needs and values to drive desired outcomes.
