Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of Stine’s seed products and associated services relevant to your region.
- Manage current accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities to boost sales.
- Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies to achieve district sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver superior sales support throughout your territory.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, working directly or alongside designated sellers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidates should possess at least three years of agricultural experience, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven sales techniques and excellent negotiation abilities are required, along with a knack for overcoming challenges.
- A track record of successful dealer development and customer retention is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve set goals.
- Preference will be given to individuals who excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with growers, showing a keen understanding of their needs and values to deliver results.
