We are on the lookout for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team on an exciting 6-month contract, with potential extensions, primarily working remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a pivotal project that requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud.

Eligibility for Security Clearance
To be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible for NPPV3 clearance. Having current SC Clearance is a significant advantage.

• The vetting process usually takes 4 to 8 weeks and may depend on your background and any necessary checks.
• Candidates must have resided in the UK for the last 5 years without interruption.
• You must possess the legal right to work in the UK, such as a British Passport or Indefinite Leave to Remain.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration, including but not limited to:
  • Lightning page layouts
  • Email/routing configuration
  • Custom object setups
  • List views and dynamic forms
• Proficiency in building sites with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Extensive knowledge of standard Service Cloud features, including Entitlements and SLA Management.
• Advanced skill set in creating Salesforce Flows.
• Solid development experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong command of Salesforce Apex.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Experience with Salesforce SFDX and Visual Studio Code.
• Comfort operating within an Agile environment, utilizing Jira for task management.
• Practical experience with DevOps deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience in Apex development, including:
  • Invocable Flow actions
  • Batch Apex
• Knowledge of AWS services such as:
  • API Gateway
  • Textract
  • Rekognition
• Familiarity with configuring Salesforce email, including:
  • DNS
  • DKIM
  • SPF
