A dynamic tech services company based in Ohio is on the lookout for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to join their expanding team in a fully remote position. This pivotal role involves delivering top-notch support for incident management, change requests, and enhancements, specifically tailored for our valued customers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing AMS customer incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

As the SAP FICO Lead (Remote), your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering consistent and high-quality minor and major enhancements along with project work, including mini-projects, upgrades, and roll-outs related to SAP FICO applications.
• Leveraging and refining methodology approaches and supporting tools to enhance service delivery.
• Providing dedicated long-term SAP FICO support to multiple Strategic Accounts.
• Monitoring and managing AMS customer problems and change requests efficiently.
• Handling and resolving Level 2 and 3 support issues with precision.
• Proactively following up on outstanding issues requiring customer action.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client decision-makers by understanding their business, industry, culture, and key priorities.
• Performing additional duties as required to support our team and clients.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO project implementation or production support across various modules and sub-modules.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Sales.
• Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Prior leadership experience in SAP implementation projects or production support roles.
• Proficient in configuring multiple SAP modules or possess diverse experience across various industries.
• Strong integration experience with other functional areas within SAP.

Desired Skills:

• A Master’s Degree is highly regarded.
