Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer care? We’re on the hunt for a dedicated Part-Time Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with skilled colleagues across various departments to ensure our customers experience outstanding service from start to finish.
Work Schedule:
- 24 hours weekly
- Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Two weekday evenings from 4 PM to 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Diagnose technical issues and enhance overall user experience.
- Report bugs and UX concerns to facilitate improvements.
- Contribute actively to the development and growth of our application.

- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Maintains composure and professionalism under pressure.
