Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Are you passionate about mentoring and guiding others? Do you enjoy setting individuals up for success? In this dynamic role, your primary focus will be to support and actively engage new hires throughout their training journey. You’ll facilitate their understanding of our core values, employee resources, timekeeping applications, and essential client products and procedures. Your commitment will help ensure every new team member is well-prepared to thrive in their fresh position by teaching, assessing, and monitoring attendance and engagement throughout the training period.
You’ll report to the Training Manager and be the enthusiastic welcome that sets the tone for new hires as they embark on their career paths.
What You’ll Do
- Inspire and motivate learners to strive for excellence.
- Mentor and coach new employees to meet training objectives effectively.
- Share your passion for helping others successfully navigate their career beginnings.
- Provide top-notch training on client products to champion learner success.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in training, adult education, or call center environments.
- Strong skills in team building and the ability to foster an inclusive learning atmosphere.
- A dedication to engaging and supporting trainees to ensure they possess the tools and knowledge for their daily responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer technology.

The anticipated wage range for this position is $19-$21 per hour, with actual compensation varying based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill set.
