What You’ll Do

Address associate inquiries, assist in troubleshooting, and manage escalations, all while ensuring we uphold a high-quality customer experience as the first-line manager for your team.
You will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager. We seek an influential leader who champions their team, motivating them to tackle challenges, meet objectives, and advance in their careers.
During a Typical Day, You Will:
- Coach and empower associates to ensure the achievement of targeted goals while addressing any employee-related issues. Facilitate training sessions on new services, products, or processes related to projects.
- Manage a variety of ongoing tasks and projects, oversee attendance and absences within your team, and handle payroll and other administrative duties.
- Provide continuous encouragement and feedback, recognize team successes, and navigate difficult conversations when necessary.
- Utilize various TTEC and client software tools to accomplish tasks, address technological issues, and facilitate outage responses.
- Play a key role in improving our company’s financial wellbeing by leading with empathy, retaining our top talent, and controlling important metrics such as absenteeism and occupancy.
What You Bring to the Role:
- An associate degree, relevant technical training, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and make well-informed decisions.
- A focus on team engagement and performance in a dynamic environment.

The expected hourly wage ranges from $19 to $21. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill levels.
