Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will:

• Develop tailored solutions to meet diverse business needs utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Engineer cross-platform integrations that establish best-practice architectural frameworks, connecting Marketing Cloud with other vital business systems (including CDP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms).
• Architect custom applications, content blocks, and journey builder activities within the Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Conduct comprehensive technical assessments of clients’ Marketing Cloud instances, offering actionable solutions for identified challenges.
• Mentor and coach the Marketing Cloud team on best practices in scripting, journey mapping, API integration, and marketing automation workflows.
• Perform quality assurance, review code, and provide insights on solutions executed by other team members.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials for clients to ensure their marketing automation systems are efficiently managed.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to analyze performance data and identify areas for enhancement.

Experience Requirements
You should possess proven expertise in:

• Data integration with data warehouses and lakes for ETL processes in Marketing Cloud.
• Crafting personalized content and customer journeys within the Marketing Cloud framework.
• Attentiveness to detail coupled with exceptional communication skills.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Holding current Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A passion for mastering data-driven marketing automation.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada, alongside proof of citizenship or legal visa documentation.
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English is a compelling advantage.

Expert Proficiencies
You should demonstrate expertise in:

• SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
• Marketing Cloud SOAP and REST APIs
• Marketing Cloud Connect
• Marketing Cloud data structures, such as the Contact Model, Data Views, and Data Extensions
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud data models.
• Experience in the planning, segmentation, targeting, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
• A solid understanding of email marketing strategies and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge or experience with Datorama and Interaction Studio is a plus.
