Your Mission
In this exciting position, you will leverage your expertise in the FS/M&E sectors to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with key industries, especially in FS/M&E, to sell our cutting-edge services.
- Drawing on your nearshore services experience to demonstrate success at tech firms of various sizes, transforming staff augmentation into strategic project-based deals.
- Structuring and closing substantial contracts—targeting deals from $1M-$5M+ for smaller firms or $5M-$10M+ for similar or larger companies.
- Crafting and executing Client Relationship Development plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing accounts, all while aligning with our quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Leading the entire sales process, from outreach to closing, while building trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Understanding industry dynamics to tailor persuasive messaging and proposals in collaboration with our solution and delivery teams.
- Owning the opportunity by developing compelling value propositions, proposals, and commercial strategies.
- Staying updated on Wizeline’s offerings and the latest trends in GenAI, Agentic development, data engineering, and digital product innovation.
- Fostering CRM discipline by accurately tracking your pipeline, communications, and follow-ups in our systems.
- Traveling as required to strengthen client ties and enhance our presence across the U.S.
- Serving as an internal advocate for client perspectives, delivering insights that shape our solution development and marketing approaches.
Who You Are
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in enterprise sales and business development within IT services or digital consulting.
- A high-energy, team-oriented spirit that thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- A strong “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new logos, while also nurturing some existing opportunities.
- Experience in selling software development, AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to captivatingly tell stories and influence senior stakeholders.
- The ability to collaborate comfortably with globally distributed and diverse teams.
- Expertise in utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce for efficient pipeline and activity management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that embodies resilience and energy.
- A willingness to travel to foster client relationships and drive engagement.
