- Leverage your extensive experience and expertise in social housing finance, focusing specifically on financial business plan modeling and the establishment of housing rents and service charges.
- Independently manage client projects while benefiting from team support regarding technical guidance and the quality assurance of outputs.
- Actively participate as a vital member of DTP’s Core Team, engaging with colleagues to support the execution of the organization’s business strategy and contribute to achieving overarching business objectives in a collaborative environment.

As a key player within the DTP consultancy team, you will:
- Generate and execute consultancy initiatives.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships.
- Identify and develop new areas of business.
- Uphold and exemplify DTP’s core values.

- Advanced IT proficiency, especially in financial and business-related software applications.
- Strong financial acumen, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with in-depth knowledge of social housing finance, particularly in financial business modeling and ideally in rent and service charge structures.
