    One of our esteemed partner companies is on the lookout for a Senior Customer Success Manager situated in the UK.

    In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of nurturing the customer experience from the initial onboarding phase all the way through to contract renewal. Collaborating closely with clients, you will ensure not only the successful implementation of our product but also its optimal usage, while actively seeking avenues for growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. As the champion of the customer within the organization, your responsibilities will entail gathering valuable feedback, resolving challenges, and serving as a crucial advisor on product functionalities. Your contributions will significantly influence customer retention, expansion, and long-term success.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    – Leading comprehensive onboarding and implementation strategies, including network and licensing configurations.

    – Acting as a trusted consultant to help customers comprehend and utilize product features effectively.

    – Utilizing Gainsight to maintain a comprehensive overview of customer interactions and health metrics.

    – Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales phases.

    – Identifying and alleviating obstacles to product adoption, ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

    – Managing customer feedback loops and advocating for necessary feature enhancements.

    – Supporting contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities through proactive customer engagement.

    – Being the primary contact for resolving issues and representing customer interests.

    Qualifications We’re Looking For:

    – Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably within a technical landscape.

    – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    – Ability to demystify complex product functionalities for both technical and non-technical audiences.

    – Experience with Salesforce CRM and Gainsight is highly advantageous.

    – Familiarity with the Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) domain is preferred.

    – Relevant certifications such as CFCE, GCIHA, MCFE, etc., are a plus.

    – Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across various priorities.

    – Understanding of network architecture (e.g., CCNA certification or equivalent) is beneficial.

    – Willingness to travel and the flexibility to work extra hours as required.
