    Position: Senior Manager, Field Marketing (REMOTE)
    Work Location: Remote
    Contract Duration: 6 Months

    While onsite reporting is not mandatory for this role, candidates located in the Palo Alto area and willing to work on-site may be preferred.

    Role Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Senior Manager for Field Marketing. You will play a pivotal role within our Marketing team, driving the success of all demand generation marketing initiatives and events that engage with the field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Steer the creation of strategic and impactful regional marketing plans aimed at pipeline development and achieving revenue objectives.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to design and implement regional marketing programs customized for local markets and targeted accounts. This includes overseeing in-person and virtual seminars, webinars, executive conferences, roundtables, industry events, networking opportunities, and meeting facilitation programs.
    • Construct a sales-oriented strategy from the ground up targeting new market opportunities.
    • Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive array of marketing programs that meet and surpass marketing goals.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key market ecosystem partners to enhance our value propositions and broaden market awareness, thereby generating new business avenues.
    • Ensure the proper flow of leads to guarantee timely follow-up by the appropriate Sales channels.
    • Oversee a team of geographically dispersed Field Marketing Managers to ensure marketing strategies are executed effectively.
    • Monitor the region’s performance against key metrics and manage KPIs utilizing Salesforce and Tableau.
    • Administer the quarterly field marketing budget for the region.
    • Evaluate program outcomes and their business impact through thorough data-driven reporting and analytics.
    • Engage with stakeholders actively to promote awareness, excitement, and engagement with marketing programs.
    • Support all corporate initiatives, providing actionable feedback, sharing best practices, and serving as the marketing information point for the region.
    • Ensure team adherence to corporate policies and training deadlines.
    • Lead the hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in event marketing or related roles within a high-paced, growing technology company.
    • Candidates should reside within the Pacific or Mountain Timezones.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but 12 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Proficiency with Splash, CRM systems, Tableau, and Salesforce.
    • Experience in crafting effective presentations.
    • Strong expertise in Field and Channel Marketing, with a proven history of career advancement and personal initiative.
    • Capability to lead, manage, and mentor team members through multiple concurrent marketing campaigns, with agility to adapt to changing needs.
