    Overview:

    In this dynamic role, you will report directly to the Manager of Finance, where you’ll be tasked with preparing, analyzing, and presenting intricate financial data to bolster both operational and strategic decision-making. You will play a vital role in providing financial support across our organization, including oversight and analytical support throughout the monthly close process, collaboration in the annual budget cycle, preparation and evaluation of account reconciliations, annual audit schedules, and various financial analyses.

    Qualifications:

    Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution is essential.

    Experience: A minimum of five years in accounting is required.

    Additional Skills:

    1. Solid understanding of financial applications and processes.

    2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.

    3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leadership teams.

    4. Competence in framing analytical questions, conducting financial analyses, and clearly communicating results.

    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.

    6. Ability to work independently while meeting tight project deadlines.

    7. Experience in handling and safeguarding confidential information.

    Travel may be required depending on the specific position or location.

    Preferred Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

    Preferred Licensure: CPA designation is preferred.

    Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare financial reporting is advantageous, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
