Our client, a rapidly expanding cryptocurrency payment solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to spearhead B2B sales initiatives across dynamic high-risk segments on a global scale.
This fully remote position is ideally suited for professionals working within or aligned with the GMT+4 time zone. In your vital role within the senior commercial team, you will focus on generating revenue through strategic sales of cutting-edge crypto payment gateways, wallet solutions, and pay-in/pay-out infrastructures.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Payments Sales:
Drive B2B sales efforts for crypto payment solutions targeting global merchants operating within high-risk sectors, including online gaming, betting, adult entertainment, forex, and other digital services.
Client Strategy & Customization:
Create customized proposals tailored to each merchant’s profile, considering industry specifics, risk factors, jurisdictional regulations, and transaction volume. Design compliant and efficient payment flows leveraging the company’s advanced infrastructure.
Deal Ownership:
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initiating outreach and engaging key stakeholders to negotiating contracts and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Market Positioning:
Actively represent the company at industry conferences, crypto payment summits, gaming expos, and exclusive networking events to enhance visibility and generate high-value leads.
Go-To-Market Collaboration:
Partner with product development and marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles, test innovative outreach strategies, and contribute to successful campaign execution.
Territory Development:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across Tier-1, Tier-2, and offshore markets, focusing on underserved regions and sectors.
Essential Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience in payment infrastructure (including acquiring, PSP, crypto payments, or pay-in/pay-out platforms).
A strong track record of successfully selling to high-risk merchants and platforms in the betting, gaming, adult, and forex industries.
Comprehensive understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant onboarding, risk management, KYC/KYB compliance, transaction monitoring, and settlement processes.
In-depth knowledge of crypto payment flows, the benefits of payment infrastructure, and technical integration approaches.
Proven capacity to structure deals considering compliance, operational, and banking/licensing requirements.
A robust network of decision-makers in the high-risk payment landscape (C-level/C-1).
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Skills
Experience collaborating with offshore merchant frameworks, money service businesses (MSBs), or crypto-native payment service providers.
Familiarity with compliance intricacies in LATAM, SEA, or MENA regions.
Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus.
